Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding with university representatives to understand project objectives and student needs. Learn the university's business and administrative processes. Prepare workshop materials, case studies, and assessment tools. Establish project outcomes, evaluation methods, and online community-building activities.
Week 2
Introduce the project and assess participants' business knowledge and soft skills. Conduct workshops on business management, marketing, finance, communication, and entrepreneurship. Mentor participants to create personal development plans and improve professional documents such as resumes and presentations.
Week 3
Facilitate leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and decision-making workshops. Conduct business case studies, simulations, and group activities. Guide participants in developing business ideas, project proposals, and promotional materials.
Week 4
Collect participant feedback through surveys and discussions. Evaluate learning outcomes using pre- and post-assessments. Support final business presentations and prepare a project impact report for AIESEC and Vivekananda Global University representatives.
