The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Conduct an introductory session with beneficiaries, including presentations by volunteers and an overview of the project's goals.
Perform initial assessments necessary to measure the project's results/impact.
Prepare activities for the upcoming weeks and gather feedback from partners and AIESEC.
Create an implementation plan outlining how the project will proceed and define the materials to be used.
Introduce the project to partner representatives to explain the current scenario, identify beneficiaries, and discuss project outcomes.
Week 2
Organize language exchange sessions with students at Co Tu's Homestay.
Dynamic Activity: Introduce beneficiaries to basic vocabulary and phrases in the new language through engaging and interactive games (e.g., games like Scrabble, Pictionary, or Charades).
Week 3
Organize fun and educational activities for students.
Collaborate with Co Tu's Homestay to create cultural exchange activities with students and other foreigners.
Organize lessons at Co Tu's Homestay based on student needs and using pre-designed materials.
Week 4
Summarize the project's impact, how beneficiaries developed, discuss what went well, and what could have been even better if included in this report.
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
Analyze data to determine results/impact (beneficiaries' awareness of post-project activities).
Develop the final project report and present it to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Hold a wrap-up day with beneficiaries.
