Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Contribute to strategic planning and future program design by utilizing findings and insights from monitoring and evaluation activities.
Develop and maintain monitoring and evaluation tools, including surveys, assessment forms, data collection templates, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Monitor the implementation of programs and activities to ensure they are delivered according to approved plans, timelines, and objectives.
Week 2
Prepare periodic monitoring and evaluation reports highlighting achievements, challenges, lessons learned, and opportunities for improvement.
Monitor beneficiary satisfaction, including feedback from children, youth, parents, and other stakeholders.
Analyze program data to assess performance, measure outcomes, and evaluate the overall impact of activities.
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from participants, trainers, and other stakeholders.
Week 3
Collaborate with program teams and other departments to ensure continuous improvement and successful achievement of organizational goals.
Monitor the quality of program implementation and ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
Provide evidence-based recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, efficiency, and participant experience.
