Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Prepare the computer lab before training sessions and ensure all computers, software, and equipment are fully operational.
Supervise the use of computers and technical equipment, ensuring they are used appropriately and responsibly.
Provide on-site technical support to trainers and participants during training sessions and workshops.
Week 2
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues, and report major technical faults for repair.
Install, configure, and update the software and applications required for training programs.
Coordinate and manage the computer lab schedule to ensure efficient use of resources.
Week 3
Monitor compliance with laboratory policies and promote the proper care and security of equipment.
Manage and maintain the local network and internet connectivity to ensure reliable access during activities.
Week 4
Collaborate with the Robotics and Information Technology teams to support technical workshops, events, and educational activities.
Prepare periodic reports on the condition of equipment, maintenance activities, and technical resource requirements.
