Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
First day of work
Practice Speaking English and Language practices with Children.
Support local teachers as teaching assistants to understand classroom dynamics
Prepare necessary materials, including preparing teaching materials for future lessons.
Onboarding Process
Week 2
Help teachers to do activities that explore imagination, problem solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork and communication skills.
Conduct a presentation of the volunteer to the children , taking the opportunity to share your own culture with any interactive session
Conduct virtual English lessons for children, delivering education sessions to improve literacy, numeracy, and language skills for students.
Practice Speaking English , Drawing Lessons, teaching sessions , engage games with Children.
Conduct an initial evaluation of the children's skills.
Week 3
Conduct Educational Presentations for Children.
Conduct Educational Presentations for Children and support
Conduct Physical English-Speaking Lessons for Children, focusing on English or foreign language sessions.
Practice speaking English with children physically by running interactive lessons using engaging games, dialogues, and storytelling.
Conduct a customized coaching session and speaking clinics , fun games.
Week 4
Conduct the final presentation & Submit the final report.
Support children and teachers with daily classroom activities.
Evaluate the children's English speaking knowledge.
Farewell event and vodcasting with AIESEC in Ruhuna.
Prepare the final report.
