Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #15 by educating beneficiaries on local ecosystems and sustainable practices. It focuses on promoting biodiversity awareness and teaching ways to protect natural habitats. Through hands-on activities, beneficiaries will learn how to minimize environmental impact and develop a sense of responsibility for conservation.

Life On Land - Target 15.1

By 2020, ensure the conservation, restoration and sustainable use of terrestrial and inland freshwater ecosystems and their services, in particular forests, wetlands, mountains and drylands, in line with obligations under international agreements

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
First day of work
Learn about the partner, school, and the specific needs of local children and youth
Classroom Assistance - Support local teachers with classroom activities
Organize games and educational activities with kids, introducing basic communication icebreakers
Onboarding process
Week 2
Build and present interactive art and music activities, taking care and engaging with kids, establishing a fun environment
Organizing an interactive session to showcase culture and help them observe their environment and begin understanding natural patterns
Take care of the students, know their needs, and track their communication skill development
Cooperate with the local teachers to do sessions that integrate creative problem-solving
Setting up games and activities for kids, like face painting, crafts, and song singing to spark early creativity
Week 3
Classroom Assistance , Support teachers and engage with workshops
Classroom Assistance with kids , take students outside the school for experiential learning sessions that engage youth in hands on conservation while teaching them to disconnect from technology and reconnect with nature
Do activities such as singing songs, paintings and artworks & cooperate with teachers
Conducting interactive sessions with students for developing their creativity and communication skills
Ensure clean , safe and orderly classroom including storage and restroom areas & Encourage love , care among children equally
Week 4
Support local teachers with Classroom activities
Analyze the data regarding student progress in creativity, communication, and problem-solving and conduct storytelling and share the culture
Making final report on the outcomes of the interactive art, music, and theater sessions
Farewell celebration with the children and youth
Classroom assistance and help kids to develop crativity , problem solving and communication skills.
