The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Organize a brainstorming session where team members share ideas, themes, and inspirations for the project.
The volunteer assigned to this social service will accompany the children in the summer activities held during the month of July, collaborating in supervision, support for playful, educational and recreational activities, promotion of group dynamics, accompaniment during mealtimes and support for the technical and educational teams. Since this service only takes place during part of the volunteer period, the volunteer may later join the Daycare service.
At the daycare center, volunteers will support the educational teams in the children's daily routines, pedagogical and recreational activities, moments of welcoming, feeding, play, and promoting child development, always under the supervision of the institution's professionals.
Volunteers involved in this project will be able to assist in supporting children and young people in situations of social vulnerability, supporting personal and social development activities, promoting academic success, organizing educational and recreational activities, supporting studies, and developing social and emotional skills.
Week 2
At the daycare center, volunteers will support the educational teams in the children's daily routines, pedagogical and recreational activities, moments of welcoming, feeding, play, and promoting child development, always under the supervision of the institution's professionals.
