The project aims to impact SDG 4.7 by equipping youth with critical thinking, emotional intelligence, social skills, and sustainable practices through a holistic educational approach. Integrating interdisciplinary learning, social-emotional and wellness education, as well as community engagement, it fosters well-rounded individuals ready to address real-world challenges and promote global citizenship.

Project Activities

Week 1
The volunteer familiarizes themselves with the different types of workshops and mini-projects implemented within the program.
The volunteer integrates into the team and prepares to support participants throughout the program.
The volunteer observes group dynamics and strategies used to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.
The volunteer learns facilitation techniques that promote participation, collaboration, and personal development.
The volunteer is introduced to the objectives that mainly focuses on critical thinking, emotional intelligence and sustainable practices.
Week 2
The volunteer encourages active participation, teamwork, and collaborative problem-solving.
The volunteer ensures the safety, well-being, and engagement of all participants during activities.
The volunteer fosters a positive group atmosphere that promotes emotional intelligence and mutual respect.
The volunteer supports participants in developing critical thinking through interactive activities.
The volunteer facilitates complementary workshops across various educational and creative domains.
Week 3
The volunteer promotes sustainable practices and responsible decision-making within project activities.
The volunteer supervises short-term projects and supports participants throughout their implementation.
The volunteer guides teams in organizing tasks and working effectively toward shared goals.
The volunteer encourages creativity, initiative, and innovative thinking during project development.
The volunteer helps participants overcome challenges and reflect on their learning process.
Week 4
The volunteer helps participants structure and deliver clear and engaging presentations.
The volunteer encourages participants to explain their ideas, methods, and outcomes confidently.
The volunteer contributes to the organization and coordination of the final showcase.
The volunteer facilitates reflection on teamwork, personal growth, and the skills developed throughout the program.
The volunteer supports participants in preparing their projects for the final exhibition.
