Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Identify HR challenges and areas for improvement.
Review existing recruitment and employee management processes.
Introduce project objectives and expected outcomes.
Understand organizational structure, HR policies, and workforce requirements
Conduct onboarding sessions with partner organization representatives.
Workshop: Introduction to Human Resource Management.
Prepare HR assistance implementation plan.
Week 2
Assist in creating job descriptions and vacancy announcements.
Screen applications and shortlist potential candidates
Coordinate interviews and candidate communication.
Update employee records and HR databases.
Support attendance and leave management processes.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires
Hold weekly review meetings with supervisors.
Week 3
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building initiatives.
Conduct employee satisfaction and feedback surveys.
Support training workshops and professional development sessions.
Assist in performance monitoring activities.
Facilitate communication between employees and management
Develop recommendations for improving workplace culture
Monitor participation and engagement metrics
Week 4
Collect and analyze HR-related data and performance indicators.
Evaluate recruitment and employee engagement outcomes.
Conduct feedback sessions with stakeholders.
Prepare a final HR improvement report.
Present findings and recommendations to organization representatives.
Develop sustainability recommendations for HR processes.
Conduct project closing session.
