Project
The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Introductory session with beneficiaries, presentation of volunteers and project objectives.
Creating an implementation plan on how the project should be carried out and determine the materials to be used
Preparation of activities to be carried out in the coming weeks and receipt of feedback from partners and AIESEC
Running the initial evaluation required to measure the project result/impact
Embarking space with representatives of partners to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and to discuss the outcome of the project
Week 2
Creating a system of friends for beneficiaries to track their development
Dynamics: Introducing beneficiaries to basic vocabulary and phrases in a new language through exciting and interactive games (for example. Games like Scrabble, Pictionary or Charades)
Dynamics: Configuring "Carte Club", presenting the books to be covered during the project and explaining the dynamics to the beneficiaries.
Creating a creative system for increasing the mathematical knowledge of the beneficiaries "Creative Mathematics" (puzzles, games, group activities)
Organize a quiz-style activity where teams of beneficiaries answer questions about math, vocabulary, or general knowledge.
Week 3
Weekly meeting "Book Club"
Run lessons based on student or school needs (mathematics, reading skills, foreign language, etc.).
Run dynamics to reinforce what was learned in the lesson of the week. (mathematics games, speech club, laboratory practice, etc.)
Weekly meeting "Creative Mathematics" Perform weekly tests to evaluate the main lessons of the week
Week 4
Collecting data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Data analysis to determine the results/impact (the level of awareness of the beneficiaries of post-project activities).
Elaboration of the final project report and its presentation to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Closing day and Discuss the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss what went well and even better if and include this in the report.
