The project aims to impact the SDG #3 by raising awareness on prevention of non-communicable diseases and the importance of mental health.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Embarking space with representatives of partners to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and to discuss the outcome of the project
Running the initial evaluation required to measure the project result/impact
Preparation of activities to be carried out in the coming weeks and receipt of feedback from partners and AIESEC
Creating an implementation plan on how the project should be carried out and determine the materials to be used
Introductory session with beneficiaries, presentation of volunteers and project objectives.
Week 2
Course maintenance, which consists of training participants in the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques, the use of the defibrillator and rapid intervention for the de-obstruction of the airways in critical situations, such as drowning.
Preparing the room for the first aid course.
Week 3
Course maintenance, which consists of training participants in the application of cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques, the use of the defibrillator and rapid intervention for the de-obstruction of the airways in critical situations, such as drowning.
Preparation of the hall for the first aid course.
Week 4
Discuss the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss what went well and even better if and include this in the report.
Collecting data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Data analysis to determine the results/impact (the level of awareness of the beneficiaries of post-project activities).
Elaboration of the final project report and its presentation to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
