The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
� Introductory sessionon the project, SustainableDevelopment Goals(SDGs),and introduction of the volunteer to the children � Job shadowingto understand future routines andthe profiles of those they will work with � Training on how to manageand engageproject beneficiaries � Supporting children with services(setting/clearing the table, washingdishes,pots and bathrooms, cooking...)
Week 2
� Proposalsfor activities that stimulate imagination, problem-solving, critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, and communication skills � Participation in campactivities � Organization of games � Observationandguidanceofchildrenduringactivities
Week 3
� Introduction of volunteers to project beneficiariesandorientation of the workplace � Onboarding sessionwith the partner to define expectations regardingthe artistic focus of the project and the development of beneficiaries � Creation and presentation of an activity calendarthat accounts for the practical learning of beneficiaries, up to "hands-on" activities such aspeer tutoring, chain drawings, puzzles, etc
Week 4
� Design and preparation of the educational methodology andmaterials (from activity instructions to raw materials and ingredients) � Implementationof the first artistic activitieswith beneficiariesfor initial contact with different artistic materials and media (e.g.,drawing vs.painting, sculpture, photography, etc.) � Weekly lessonslinking the development of artistic and creative skills with the beneficiaries' dreamsand future plans � Organizationofcreativeworkshops
