Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Assist trainers during various sports activities (fitness, swimming, group exercises) and support participants in learning basics.
Engage with participants to build communication and teamwork skills
Help organize class schedules and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
Week 2
Take part in small group guidance to enhance leadership and mentoring skills.
Support intermediate swimmers in improving techniques like breathing and coordination.
Assist in tracking participant progress and giving basic feedback
Week 3
Improve problem-solving skills by assisting participants during challenges.
Collaborate with the team to plan mini training sessions and activities.
Learn basic pool management and safety procedures.
Week 4
Help organize a small swimming event or friendly competition.
Support final evaluations and celebrate participant progress.
Reflect on personal skill development and teamwork experience.

Monday to Friday

10:00 am - 4:00 pm
