Project
The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboard with NGO/school staff to understand students’ creative skills, interests, and confidence levels
Set up a buddy system for learners
Design and prepare art materials (drawing sheets, craft templates, activity plans, basic tools)
Training on engaging and managing students in creative sessions
Define outcomes and materials to be used (art skills, creativity, participation, types of crafts)
Week 2
Begin basic sessions on drawing, painting, and simple craft activities
Introduce the volunteer and build rapport with students
Create simple Creative Development Plans (CDPs) and start tracking progress
Conduct initial assessment of students’ creative abilities
Week 3
Provide personalized guidance and support
Conduct weekly evaluations through artwork and participation
Facilitate sessions based on student needs (art techniques, craft skills, creative projects)
Organize group activities (collaborative art, craft challenges, creative games)
Week 4
Conduct final assessments and one-on-one feedback sessions
Organize an exhibition or display event to present student work
Collect feedback from students and staff
Analyze outcomes and prepare a brief report for the NGO
Prepare students for final showcase (artworks, craft projects, storytelling through art)
