The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Define weekly sport plan (types of activities, intensity, objectives)
Introductory session: presentation + team-building games
Initial fitness assessment (basic endurance, flexibility, coordination)
Prepare materials and session structure (warm-up, main activity, cool-down)
Onboarding with partner to understand target group and physical levels
Week 2
Organize group sports (football, basketball, team challenges)
Awareness session on healthy lifestyle and habits
Promote teamwork, discipline, and fair play
Introduce basic fitness sessions (cardio, light strength, coordination)
Daily warm-up routines (stretching, mobility exercises)
Week 3
Monitor individual progress and adapt exercises
Increase intensity gradually based on participants’ level
Introduce new activities (relay races, mini-tournaments, yoga/relaxation)
Focus on teamwork and leadership within groups
Organize a mini-competition or challenge event
Week 4
Final sport activities and team challenges
Evaluate physical and behavioral progress (teamwork, discipline)
Awareness recap on maintaining a healthy lifestyle
Closing session with feedback, recognition, and certificates
