The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Project Activities

Week 1
WEEK 1 — Discovery & Integration [W] Organisation and facilitation of creative workshops (painting, theatre, writing, photography) → First workshop cycle — getting to know the deaf participants [W] Support for Soft Skills development through concentration activities adapted for the deaf → Identify needs and tailor activities to the group [M] Contribution to artistic production (theatre piece, art exhibition) → Launch and design of the month's production [M] Content creation on social media and other platforms — publishing testimonies from deaf participants → Define content strategy and publish first posts [M] Activity report writing at project close, tracking SDG-linked indicators → Start collecting data from day one to make the final report easier
Week 2
WEEK 2 — Building Momentum [W] Organisation and facilitation of creative workshops (painting, theatre, writing, photography) → Second workshop cycle — deepening techniques and skills [W] Support for Soft Skills development through concentration activities adapted for the deaf → Adjust activities based on feedback from Week 1

WEEK 3 — Production & Content Creation [W] Organisation and facilitation of creative workshops (painting, theatre, writing, photography) → Third cycle — steer workshops toward the artistic production [W] Support for Soft Skills development through concentration activities adapted for the deaf → Consolidate progress and assess development [M] Contribution to artistic production (theatre piece, art exhibition) → Finalisation and rehearsals — preparation for the closing event [M] Content creation on social media and other platforms — publishing testimonies from deaf participants → Publish collected testimonies and mid-project review
Week 4
WEEK 4 — Closing & Review [W] Organisation and facilitation of creative workshops (painting, theatre, writing, photography) → Final workshop cycle — closing session and celebration with participants [W] Support for Soft Skills development through concentration activities adapted for the deaf → Final assessment of skills developed throughout the project [M] Contribution to artistic production (theatre piece, art exhibition) → Public performance / final exhibition [M] Content creation on social media and other platforms — publishing testimonies from deaf participants → Publish final recap and closing testimonies [M] Activity report writing at project close, tracking SDG-linked indicators → Submit final report with completed SDG indicators
