The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding, Research & Planning Introduction to the organization, its mission, and marketing strategy. Training on branding guidelines, tone of voice, and target audience. Research on Tunisia’s cultural landscape and upcoming events. Participation in initial cultural event(s) for observation and content testing. Co-creation of a content plan and editorial calendar (platforms, formats, frequency). Brainstorming ideas for promoting cultural exchange and the organization.
Week 2
Content Creation & Event Coverage Attend cultural events and actively engage in activities. Capture high-quality photos and videos (event highlights, cultural moments, interactions). Write scripts and captions adapted to different platforms. Begin posting content (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) aligned with the content calendar. Ensure consistency with branding and storytelling approach. Start engaging with the audience (comments, messages, feedback).
Week 3
Social Media Management & Optimization Continue attending events and producing content regularly. Manage and schedule posts across platforms. Monitor performance (engagement, reach, interactions). Adjust content strategy based on insights (what works best). Experiment with new formats (reels, short videos, interactive stories). Strengthen storytelling by highlighting personal cultural experiences.
Week 4
Campaign Execution & Final Deliverables Develop and launch a mini marketing campaign promoting: The organization Cultural exchange in Tunisia Produce a final recap video of the overall experience (events, impact, highlights). Compile and present results: Content created Engagement metrics Key learnings Provide recommendations for improving future marketing strategies.
