The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding session with the tutor and staff to understand the camp context, rules, and operational dynamics Introduction of volunteers to the children and participants Observation of activities and initial support to the staff Participation in the planning of weekly activities Alignment on group management, daily routines, and shifts organization
Week 2
Active support in the daily camp activities (group games, recreational and structured activities) AGREEMENT FOR THE REALIZATION OF AIESEC PROJECT Involvement in creative and artistic activities (e.g. drawing, painting, manual workshops, expressive activities) Support in managing groups of children and teenagers during different time slots Participation in organizing structured activities and interaction moments among participants Collaboration with the staff in managing the camp daily routines
Week 3
Support in implementing more structured and collaborative activities, including creative and group-based workshops Involvement in organizing group activities such as team games, theatrical activities, and group dynamics Support in supervising and engaging with older participants (teenagers) under staff supervision Participation in evening activities and residential camp moments Informal collection of feedback from beneficiaries through daily interactions
Week 4
Support in the final activities and closing days of the camp Involvement in final activities and closing moments with the beneficiaries Collection of feedback from participants through observation and informal interactions Participation in an internal debrief session with the staff to share experiences, evaluate the project, and identify possible improvements General support in wrapping up operational camp activities
