The project aims to impact the SDG #3 by raising awareness on prevention of non-communicable diseases and the importance of mental health.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1: Integration & Understanding Patient Needs Introduction to the organization, environment, and safety guidelines Learn about different patient conditions and appropriate ways to help Observe daily routines and staff responsibilities Assist in simple support tasks
Week 2
Week 2: Patient Support & Engagement Spend time with patients (conversation, companionship, activities) Support daily non-medical tasks (guidance, organization, assistance) Help create a positive and comfortable atmosphere Assist staff when needed
Week 3
Week 3: Awareness & Recreational Activities Organize small activities (games, art, music, storytelling) Participate in awareness initiatives (health, hygiene, well-being) Encourage patient participation and social interaction Collaborate with the team to bring creative ideas
Week 4
Week 4: Impact Delivery & Reflection Continue supporting patients and finalize activities Collect feedback from staff and participants Document the experience (photos, simple reports, stories) Present impact and recommendations
