Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1: Market Understanding & Prospecting Preparation Understand the company’s services and offers Identify target clients and market segments Learn prospecting techniques (online & offline) Prepare pitch scripts and communication materials
Week 2
Week 2: Active Prospecting & Client Outreach Conduct daily prospection of new clients (calls, emails, field visits) Present the company’s activities and services (domiciliation, offers, etc.) Engage with potential clients and collect feedback Maintain a simple database of leads
Week 3
Week 3: Sales Campaign Execution & Follow-up Follow up with interested prospects Assist in organizing small sales campaigns or promotional actions Improve communication and persuasion techniques Support negotiations and closing processes
Week 4
Week 4: Performance Review & Optimization Analyze results of prospection and campaigns Identify successful approaches and areas for improvement Optimize sales scripts and outreach strategies Present insights and recommendations to the team
