Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1: Market Research & Strategy Building Analyze the current digital presence (social media, website, branding) Conduct basic market and competitor research Understand target audience and customer behavior Define a marketing strategy adapted to products/services
Week 2
Week 2: Campaign Planning & Content Creation Plan digital campaigns (social media, ads, promotions) Create content ideas (posts, visuals, captions) Work on branding consistency and storytelling Prepare a simple content calendar
Week 3
Week 3: Campaign Execution & Platform Management Launch and manage digital campaigns Update website or social media content (products, pages, visuals) Monitor engagement and basic performance metrics Ensure coordination between different platforms
Week 4
Week 4: Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze campaign results (reach, engagement, conversions) Suggest improvements and optimization strategies Finalize content and platform updates Present results and recommendations to the team
