Project
The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Contribute to the activities outside with beneficiaries
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Run the initial assessment needed for measuring the outcome/impact of the project
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used
Week 2
Bring interactive classes to understand throughout the week the beneficiaries' backgrounds with arts and their professional and personal dreams for the future
Run artistic first step activities with beneficiaries in order for them to have first contact with the different artistic materials and media (e.g. drawings vs painting, sculpturing, fotographies etc.)
Activity: Create a dinamic ativity related to dance in some classes
Contribute to the activities outside with beneficiaries
Week 3
Hold a workshop where participants can collaborate on a small art piece or experiment with different mediums related to the project (e.g., painting, sculpting, digital design).
Dynamic: Set up a short, fun challenge, such as creating a piece of art in a limited time or using only specific materials.
Create a Personal Development Plan for each participant to track their improvement weekly by a coaching system
Contribute to the activities outside with beneficiaries
Week 4
Contribute to the activities outside with beneficiaries
Take the beneficiaries outside the classroom to explore the local community, including landmarks, parks, and cultural traditions.
Deliver weekly lessons connecting the development of art and creativity skills with beneficiaries dreams and plans for the future
Use libraries and computer laboratories to diversify the research spaces and build an interactive environment for their case study
