Project Global Classroom [8 weeks]
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Co-Creation of Learning Experiences (Co-Teaching & Curriculum Design): Work alongside the pedagogical team to adjust instructional materials, ensuring that the language used in lab guides is authentic, up-to-date, and challenging for different levels of English proficiency and student capabilities.
Global Culture Immersion: Lead dynamic cultural exchange workshops focused on contrasting and converging traditions, cuisine, and festivities between [Country of Origin] and Argentina. The teacher will act as a cultural mediator so that students can produce comparative content (digital or physical) that promotes global empathy and intercultural understanding.
Digital Storytelling & Media Production (Digital Storytelling & Media): Collaborate in the creation of multimedia resources, such as podcasts, scripts for Reels, or educational videos, contributing their voice and cultural perspective so that students can practice listening and production in modern digital contexts.
Linguistic Mentorship in Experimental Projects (Project-Based Learning Support): Provide real-time support and feedback while students develop prototypes, experiments, or digital presentations, ensuring that technical terminology and language fluency are naturally integrated into the creative process.
Facilitation of Challenge-Based Conversation Workshops (STEAM Talk Series): The native English teacher will lead debate and problem-solving sessions on global trends in science, technology, and the arts, encouraging students to use English as a tool to propose solutions, not just to repeat grammar.
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Run the initial assessment needed for measuring the outcome/impact of the project
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used
Week 2
Dynamic: Introduce beneficiaries to basic vocabulary and phrases in a new language through engaging and interactive games. (eg. Games like Scrabble, Pictionary, or Charades)
Dynamic: Setting up the "Book Club", present the books to be cover during the project and explain the dynamic to the beneficiaries.
Setting up a creative systems to increase the math knowledge of the beneficiaries "Creative Math" (puzzles, games, group activities)
Setting up a buddy system for the beneficiaries to track their development
Organize a quiz show-style activity where teams of beneficiaries answer questions related to math, vocabulary, or general knowledge.
Week 3

Run dynamics to strengthen what was learned in the lesson of the week. (math games, speaking club, lab practice, etc)

Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
Closing day with beneficiaries
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Analyse data to determinate outcome/impact results (level of awareness of beneficiaries post-project activities).
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)

    1. The EP applies through the platform, and they are contacted within 48 hours.

    2. The EP completes the form and submits a video so the institute can verify their English level.
  • STEP 3

    3. The EP has an interview with the institute.
  • STEP 4

    4. The EP is accepted and approved.
