The project aims to impact SDG #8 by providing young people with soft and hard skills trainings, needed to qualify for a decent job, and career guidance.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Learn table setup and hygiene standards
Observe senior staff and hospitality workflow
Learn menu items, pricing, and service procedures
First day at work and introduction to workplace operations
Week 2
Manage front table and guest seating
Learn check-in and check-out procedures
Service training and hospitality standards
Improve customer interaction skills
Handle guest complaints and service issues
Week 3
Handle booking platforms such as Agoda
Handle customer service and guest requests
Booking management and reservation handling
Manage special guest requests and requirements
Promote special offers and services
Week 4
Final review of work experience
Prepare and submit project impact report and presentation
Traveling and sightseeing
AIESEC reflection space for personal growth and learning
