Project Skill Up! [4 weeks]
The project aims to impact SDG #8 by providing young people with soft and hard skills trainings, needed to qualify for a decent job, and career guidance.

Project Activities

Week 1
Review surf safety protocols
Observe surf instructors and understand lesson structure
Capture surf training and activity content
Week 2
Equipment handling and training
Assist beginner surf lessons
Practice safety briefing delivery
Edit and post surf reels and content
Week 3
Manage surf equipment setup and preparation
Conduct guided surf sessions under supervision
Support surf sessions with instructors
Practice surf instruction techniques
Week 4
Create new social media content
Run promotional campaigns for surf lessons
Prepare and submit project impact report and presentation
Traveling and sightseeing
