Project Skill Up! [4 weeks]
The project aims to impact SDG #8 by providing young people with soft and hard skills trainings, needed to qualify for a decent job, and career guidance.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Basic event planning training
Observe ongoing event setup and coordination
Understand event packages and services offered
First day at work and introduction to event management environment
Week 2
Vendor coordination training
Assist in event organization and preparation
Event planning briefing and understanding responsibilities
Support marketing and promotion of events
Handle guest coordination during events
Week 3
Assist in event preparation and logistics
Support event planning activities
Participate in budget discussions
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
Manage event checklists and operational tasks
Week 4
Final review of event management experience
Prepare and submit project impact report and presentation
Traveling and sightseeing
AIESEC reflection space for personal growth and learning
