Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Identify target audience segments and platform prioritization (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Channels, etc.)
Establish tone, visual identity guidelines, and storytelling framework.
Define social media objectives aligned with brand positioning and event impact.
Week 2
Plan and script Reels aligned with audience psychology and platform algorithms
Develop storytelling narratives highlighting impact, participant journeys, and behind-the-scenes processes.
Create templates for testimonials, impact documentation, and educational posts.
Prepare pre-event hype content for Ātmīyaṁ™ Wellness Gathering.
Week 3
Execute engagement campaigns (countdowns, challenges, behind-the-scenes drops).
Respond to DMs, comments, and participant queries to build relationship depth.
Implement community growth strategy (collaborations, cross-promotions, interactive stories, polls, live sessions).
Week 4
Post live updates and maintain story continuity throughout the event.
Serve as on-ground Crew during Ātmīyaṁ™ Wellness Gathering.
Capture live content (Reels, speaker highlights, participant reactions, event atmosphere).
Document impact stories and real-time engagement moments.
