Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Develop teaching outlines and prepare lesson materials for the entire project.

Get familiar with The Mong Lingo and understand the learner groups (children or adults).
Identify the main needs of students.
Introduction session about the project and presentation of volunteers to learners.
Conduct initial assessments with beneficiaries to measure knowledge related to the project topics.
Week 2
Organize light speaking practice activities (mini speaking games / sharing).
Support learners in developing the habit of communicating in English in class.
Teach conversational English classes.
Teach basic communication topics (everyday English, self-introduction, simple Q&A).
Week 3
Teach English for real tourism situations in Dong Van: welcoming guests, recommending places, describing food, giving directions, handling questions.
Have a change to go on field trip around Ha Giang with Partners and students
Practice role-play “tourist & local” to improve English reflexes.
Teach conversational English classes.
Week 4
Develop the final project report and present it to AIESEC members and Partner representatives.
Organize a final presentation session where learners perform dialogues or simulate tourism situations.
Collect data from project beneficiaries (surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.).
Analyze data to identify results (including weekly test analysis).
Conduct weekly tests to evaluate key lessons of each week.
Review all learned content and support learners in improving communication skills.
