Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Design teaching materials and learning tools.
Introduce the project and volunteers to the class.
Develop the assessment system and prepare the placement test.
Attend training sessions on classroom management and working with children.
Meet with school representatives to understand students’ current needs.
Week 2
Start teaching English classes.
Develop themes for experiential activities: outdoor play, workshops, presentations, storytelling, dancing, etc.
Create the first review activities to help students retain knowledge (math games, speaking time, experiential activities, etc.).
Flexibly organize soft-skill classes, English communication sessions, or art & presentation classes.
Conduct placement tests to assess students’ abilities and design the project lesson plan.
Week 3
Organize workshops, events, or cultural exchange activities.
Teach English according to the weekly lesson plan.
Organize soft-skill, presentation, or English communication classes to enhance student engagement.
Create weekly review activities (math games, mini speaking clubs, mini labs, etc.).
Join or support the school’s field trips/extracurricular activities (if available).
Conduct weekly tests to monitor progress.
Week 4
Prepare the final project report and present it to AIESEC and the school representatives.
Organize a closing session where students present what they have learned, possibly through challenges or mini competitions.
Collect data from students and teachers (surveys, interviews, observations, etc.).
Analyze data including test results to determine students’ progress.
