Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Visit the workplace, check the accommodation, and talk with other teachers.
Define the methods for measuring the project outcomes.
Discuss with the project manager about the weekly KPIs and the regulations related to classroom management and work procedures.
Discuss with the project manager to better understand the teaching schedule and the number of classes at the center.
Get acquainted with the project manager, the director, and the staff of the center.
Week 2
Collaborate with the center to conduct extracurricular learning activities.
Participate in marketing activities to promote the center, such as filming and taking photos.
Organize extracurricular events aimed at developing students’ soft skills.
Support cultural exchange activities between students and international volunteers.
Coordinate with the center to organize English-sharing sessions.
Week 3
Support cultural exchange activities between students and international volunteers.
Coordinate with the center to organize English-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with the center to conduct extracurricular learning activities.
Organize extracurricular events aimed at developing students’ soft skills.
Participate in marketing activities to promote the center, such as filming and taking photos.
Week 4
Prepare the final project report and present it to AIESEC members and the partner representative.
Continue the tasks from Week 3.
Align with the project manager on how to store data, teaching materials, and content that needs to be handed over to future volunteers.
