Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Observe 1–2 music classes to understand how students learn.
Prepare simple materials with the teacher: Introduction sheets Warm-up exercises Basic notes for practice
Attend onboarding session with the faculty/partner to understand the project goals.
Learn basic working knowledge of the tools used (tanpura app, rhythm app, classroom resources).
Week 2
Conduct introductory session: introduce yourself, the project purpose, and expectations.
Support in starting a mentorship/buddy system based on soft skills each beneficiary wants to develop.
Conduct short 1–1 conversations to identify which skills each participant wants to focus on.
Week 3
Coordinate weekly check-ins with beneficiaries to track PDP progress.
Conduct a cultural exchange activity to share music from the EP’s country.
Lead easy group activities (repeat-after-me patterns, rhythm clapping, confidence games).
Assist faculty during practice sessions and help students with basic exercises.
Week 4
Compile a short project impact report with highlights, reflections, and beneficiary progress.
Support beneficiaries in final practice and confidence-building before the showcase.
Assist faculty in coordinating a small final presentation (raga intro, rhythm activity, cultural exchange).
Conduct final assessment using the same tool from Week 1 to measure improvement.
