The project aims to contribute to SDG #4 by providing and opening space for quality education for people of all ages, ensuring educational opportunities from initial literacy to other subjects such as mathematics, science and languages.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Research the partner academy.
Attend IPS session and city tour with AIESEC in Ruhuna.
Onboarding process.
Prepare necessary materials.
First day of work.
Week 2
Conduct an initial evaluation
Practice Speaking English with Children.
Practise spoken English with children virtually.
Conduct virtual English lessons for children
Conduct a presentation of the volunteer to the children and an introduction to the project
Week 3
Conduct Educational Presentations for Children.
Conduct Physical English-Speaking Lessons for Children
Practise speaking English with children physically.
Conduct a customized coaching session.
Conduct Educational Presentations for Children.
Week 4
Prepare the final report.
Conduct the final presentation.
Submit the final report.
Farewell event and vodcasting with AIESEC in Ruhuna.
Evaluate the children's English speaking knowledge.
