The project aims to strengthen current partnerships interested in promoting and contributing to the implementation of SDGs in local realities and communities by developing and proposing events connecting current partners and communities towards an SDG that meets their needs.

Project Activities

Week 1
Get to know the opportunity provider their plans for community lifestyle development and target beneficiaries. Set dates for event development by the existing partner with multi-stakeholder partnerships Create a timeline with the needed steps for the event delivery Expectation setting about the planning strategy and outcome of project Build a proposal and agree on SDG target(s) that the beneficiaries can develop/ be aware through the event Research and develop a presentation to the partner on SDG targets achievements of the region
Week 2
Dry run with the speakers Plan and implement attraction strategies for beneficiaries reach Build PR/press releases to increase awareness of the event Defining the agenda, outlines and facilitators of the event Approach and invite the speakers to present Contact and schedule the venue for the event development Prepare the Materials & Cultural Representations of each Exchange Participants for Global Village
Week 3
Dry run with the speakers Build PR/press releases to increase awareness of the event Approach and invite the speakers to present Contact and schedule the venue for the event development Defining the agenda, outlines and facilitators of the event Prepare the Materials & Cultural Representations of each Exchange Participants for Global Village Plan and implement attraction strategies for beneficiaries reach
Week 4
Collect data from the event success (e.g. NPS) Analyze data to determine outcome results Build final project report and presented to AIESEC and existing partners
