Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Conduct basic assessments to understand the starting point and key needs. Co-create initial activity plans and establish general goals for the coming weeks. Onboarding: Understand the children's developmental stage, learning environment, and safety protocols.
Week 2
Introduce projects or challenges that require the application of new skills. Monitor engagement and adjust methods to maintain interest. Encourage more collaboration and peer-to-peer learning within the group. Expand on initial topics with more involved activities and discussions.
Week 3
Focus on problem-solving and independent work with mentor support. Focus on problem-solving and independent work with mentor support.
Week 4
Participate in a closing debrief and provide recommendations for future initiatives. Complete all administrative tasks, including final reporting and documentation. Conduct reflective sessions with beneficiaries and partners to review the project's impact. Host a final event, presentation, or showcase to celebrate achievements.
