The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Project Activities

Week 1
onboarding ● Onboarding meeting with NGO representatives ● Review the past projects/campaignsto analyze data, get insights and GCPs ● Analyze the scope of the social impact project/campaign and create a strategic plan to boost results ● Review of current procedures, identity strength and pointsfor improvement
Week 2
:stakeholders mapping ● Map out currentstakeholders ● Gather feedback from existing partnersto improve collaboration ● Market research within the local community; enhancing partnerships between stakeholders ● Interview potential partners about their needs and ability to collaborate ● Build a Customer Flow for their partners
Week 3
on-demand ● .Set up / Improve social media/website presence for the social impact project/campaign of the NGO ● Create a branding guideline for the project/campaign ● Run on-demand workshopsto tackle NGO projects deficiencies. ● Workshop: Stakeholder mapping and management training with the NGO/non-profit ● Workshop: Case solving
Week 4
debrief and final report ● Collect data for outcome measurement. It's recommended to use NGO official data. ● Analyze data to determinate outcome results. Ensure to include analysisfrom the project/campaign to help to improve. Build final project report and present it to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
