The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Encourage and promote effective public, public-private and civil society partnerships, building on the experience and resourcing strategies of partnerships

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Prepare and monitor the budget for projects and activities.
Week 2
Support fundraising campaigns and manage partnerships.
Track expenses and ensure proper financial documentation. Assist in financial reporting to the director.
Week 3
Collect and analyze project performance data to inform decision-making.
Identify potential donors, sponsors, and partners for the association
Week 4
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
