Project
The project aims to contribute to SDG #4.7 by providing and opening spaces for inclusive and equitable quality education for children from disadvantaged villages. We focus on fostering intercultural understanding and breaking down language barriers by offering children access to educational and cultural activities, as volunteers visit multiple villages during the project duration

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Debrief meeting with the partner at the end of each week
Week 2
Provide tutoring sessions in mathematics and physics for middle and high school students in rural areas.
Create a motivating learning environment, encouraging participation and confidence.
Week 3
Assess student progress at the end of each week through small tests or activities.
Collaborate with the local team (teachers, volunteers, community leaders) to organize sessions.
Week 4
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
