Project
The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Week 1 – Orientation & Immersion Arrival and cultural onboarding with the local AIESEC team. Introduction to the school/NGO and community. Training on teaching methods, classroom management, and intercultural communication. Shadowing local teachers to understand student needs.
Week 2
Week 2 – Teaching Foundations Begin leading basic lessons (English, French, or other subjects depending on project). Use interactive methods (games, storytelling, group activities) to engage students. Daily reflection with peers and coordinators to track progress. Mid‑week cultural exchange activity with the community.
Week 3
Week 3 – Deepening Impact Take ownership of full lessons and workshops. Introduce creative projects (debates, role‑plays, art or music activities) to make learning experiential. Collect feedback from students and local staff. Organize a small event (e.g., “Language Day” or “Cultural Exchange Fair”).
Week 4
Week 4 – Reflection & Sustainability Wrap up teaching modules with a final project or presentation by students. Document teaching materials so future volunteers can continue the work. Conduct reflection sessions with the AIESEC team on leadership and impact. Closing ceremony with students and community to celebrate achievements.
