Project Scale Up! [4 weeks]
The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Week 2
Build the Development Plan for the partner based on the data gathered and ask for feedback
Check incoming products for quantity, quality, and compliance
Week 3
Assist teams with replenishment or transportation
Track stock movements: incoming and outgoing items
Week 4
Assist in creating reports and tracking sheets for managers
Suggest ideas to optimize stock management and storage.Help implement simple FIFO/LIFO methods
