Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Conduct onboarding sessions with partner representatives to understand the current situation, target beneficiaries, and expected project outcomes.
Prepare an implementation plan for upcoming activities, define materials and resources needed.
Getting feedback from the partner about their needs and what kind of work must be done
Week 2
Conduct self-assessment and peer discussions: identifying areas of improvement in both soft and hard skills.
Interactive activities
Week 3
Focused sessions on key soft skills (communication, leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, time management).
Provide access to online platforms for skill assessments and personalized learning plans.
Week 4
Getting final tasks and works done according to partner needs
Final Meeting with AIESEC for reflection
