Project
The project aims to aims to impact the SDG #4 by developing high-level cognitive and transferable skills to people at all ages through activities and/or workshops connected to arts production (e.g painting, sculpture, music, theatre, photography...)

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Get to know workplace and accommodation rules
First touchpoint with Kids
Participate in an onboarding session with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, target beneficiaries, and project goals.
Week 2
Run creative workshops introducing different artistic mediums (drawing, painting, sculpting, photography, etc.).
Begin initial work on small art pieces or collaborative projects as practice for the final outcome.
Interactive sessions, games with Kids
Combining skills with Drawings, arts, Languages
Week 3
Continue working on the main artistic project (e.g., mural, exhibition piece, play, digital artwork, etc.).
Continue working with kids
Facilitate reflection sessions for participants to discuss progress, personal development, and future aspirations.
Week 4
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
Continue working with kids and finalizing It
Participating final meeting with AIESEC for reflection
