Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding space with the Opportunity Provider
Tour 1 which is a one day trip [Transport cost is provided and covered by the opportunity provider/ Food during the tour is provided and covered]
Conduct a Market Research by analyzing competitors, researching travel trends, and identifying potential partners or new destinations
Learn the basics on how to handle a tour
Week 2
Conduct a Workshop on “Understanding Global Tourist Expectations”
Tour 2 which is a two day trip [Transport cost is provided and covered by the opportunity provider/ Food during the tour is provided and covered]
Conduct a Workshop on “Digital Presence for Tourism”
Content creation for the visit took place during the week
Week 3
Present it to the management
Tour 3 which is a one day trip [Transport cost is provided and covered by the opportunity provider/ Food during the tour is provided and covered]
Content creation for the visit took place during the week
Create a detailed digital media marketing plan with suggestions based on the findings from the market research [Objective - support the organization to tap into the foriegn market]
Week 4
Shoot/ get clips for the creative campaigns mentioned in the marketing plan to promote seasonal tours or events.
Discuss the impact created with the team and final presentation to the Opportunity provider regarding the sugggestions to improve the tourism industry
Content creation for the visit took place during the week
Departure of the Volunteer
