Project Activities

Week 1
Run the initial assessment needed for measuring the outcome/impact of the project
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
A partir de este diagnóstico, comenzará a planificar los contenidos y metodologías de las capacitaciones, adaptándolos al contexto local y al perfil de los futuros emprendedores.
Realizará un análisis preliminar de las oportunidades económicas en la comunidad, identificando los principales desafíos para emprender y las competencias necesarias (gestión, innovación, marketing, finanzas básicas).
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Week 2
Workshop: Exploring Career Paths and Employability in the 21st Century
Coordinate sessions with individual participants to identify what skills they want to develop. Set up a PDP with them.
Workshop: Introduction to Soft and Hard Skills
Con base en los hallazgos, diseñará un currículo formativo con distintos módulos. El voluntario presentará el currículo a la organización anfitriona para recibir retroalimentación y ajustar los contenidos antes de su implementación.
Assessment of their current hard and soft skills: where can they improve?
El voluntario profundizará el análisis de la realidad económica local mediante una investigación más exhaustiva sobre los sectores con potencial emprendedor, las barreras de acceso al financiamiento y las tendencias del mercado.
Workshop: Empowering Futures - introduction to SDG 8
Week 3
Diseñará también un plan de implementación que defina la programación de talleres, los grupos beneficiarios, la duración de cada módulo y los indicadores de impacto esperados.
El voluntario elaborará los materiales didácticos (presentaciones, guías prácticas, plantillas de planes de negocio, dinámicas de grupo) necesarios para las capacitaciones
Además, apoyará en la creación de recursos complementarios, como simulaciones de ventas, ejercicios de creatividad e historias de casos exitosos locales.
Activity: introspection space for participants to realize their own strengths and weaknesses and identify what soft skills they have and what can they improve.
Soft skill workshops based on demands and needs of participants. (communication, leadership, problem solving, adaptability, time management etc)
Activity: Create a space for beneficiaries to assess and provide feedback on soft skills like communication and teamwork, identifying areas for improvement.
Activity: Creative brainstorming sessions to foster innovation and adaptability in addressing complex challenges.
Development spaces (games, dynamics, role play, roundtables, etc) about soft skills development: solution oriented, world citizen, empowering others, self awareness
Week 4
Provide access to online platforms where beneficiaries can take assessments to evaluate their proficiency in various hard skills. Follow up with personalized learning plans based on assessment results.
Offer workshops that cover foundational digital skills (e.g., Microsoft Office, digital collaboration) alongside those focused on high-demand skills (e.g., programming, entrepreneurship).
Durante esta etapa, comenzará la evaluación del impacto inicial mediante encuestas, autoevaluaciones y observaciones sobre el progreso de los participantes.
Brindará asesoría personalizada a los participantes en el desarrollo de sus ideas de negocio, ofreciendo acompañamiento en temas de planificación, gestión y presentación de proyectos.
El Voluntario Global impartirá las capacitaciones en conjunto con la organización, facilitando talleres teórico-prácticos que impulsen la puesta en marcha de proyectos reales.
Activity: introduce the beneficiaries to professionals from different work fields, so that youth can learn more about the diversity of job opportunities and their needed hard skills
Activity: Skill-specific mentorship sessions where professionals mentor small groups of participants, giving hands-on guidance and advice on honing hard skills like data analysis, digital marketing, or project management.
Organize group discussions where participants share best practices related to specific hard skills.
Week 5
De esta forma, se garantiza que la organización pueda seguir formando nuevos emprendedores una vez finalizado el intercambio.
El voluntario capacitará al personal de la organización para asegurar la continuidad del programa de formación emprendedora.
Workshop: Self Branding. How to "sell" yourself?
Workshop: Application procedures. How to create a CV, write motivation letter and do an interview?
Practice: Let participants do mock application procedures and give them feedback on the output
Plan a Career Day event where professionals from diverse fields discuss their roles, share career insights, and answer beneficiaries' questions about job opportunities.
Ensure that beneficiaries participation of local online and physical job fairs.
Se incluirán sesiones sobre cómo facilitar los talleres, actualizar los contenidos y acompañar a los emprendedores locales en el largo plazo.
Week 6
Closing day with beneficiaries
Finalmente, elaborará un informe de impacto con recomendaciones para la mejora continua y la sostenibilidad del programa de formación emprendedora.
Colaborará en la documentación final de todas las actividades, los materiales desarrollados, el número de emprendedores capacitados y los resultados observados.
El Voluntario Global participará en una jornada de cierre para compartir los resultados obtenidos y reflexionar junto a la organización sobre los aprendizajes y próximos pasos del programa.
Analyse data to determinate outcome/impact results (level of awareness of beneficiaries post-project activities).
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
