The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Project Activities

Week 1
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Run the initial assessment needed for measuring the outcome/impact of the project
Se analizarán posibles sinergias mediante un enfoque FODA (fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas) para definir líneas de colaboración viables
se elaborará un diagnóstico del estado actual de la comunicación digital de la organización, identificando oportunidades para optimizar su presencia en redes sociales.
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Week 2
Se priorizarán los actores clave para la creación de alianzas estratégicas y se redactarán propuestas iniciales de colaboración, alineadas a las capacidades y necesidades de ambas partes.
Build the Development Plan for the partner based on the data gathered and ask for feedback
Research potential new partners and interview them on the possibility of a partnership
Map out the competitors in the market and analyse what Good Case Practices can be taken from them
El voluntario contribuirá a la planificación de contenido digital orientado a fortalecer la visibilidad institucional y atraer aliados.
En coordinación con el equipo local, ayudará a definir narrativas claras y mensajes coherentes en redes sociales.
Gather feedback from existing partners to improve collaboration
Analyse the business model of the partner (current procedures, identity, gather data from past projects/campaigns etc)
Week 3
El voluntario establecerá el primer contacto con organizaciones objetivo mediante correos, mensajes o llamadas
Acompañará la generación de contenido audiovisual o gráfico con enfoque institucional, educativo y social.
También apoyará en el seguimiento de las conversaciones con aliados potenciales, y en la edición de contenido que refuerce la imagen de la fundación en plataformas digitales.
Set up / Improve social media/website presence for the social impact project/campaign of the NGO
Create or improve the branding guideline for the project/campaign
Create or improve the Customer Flow for the partner
Workshop: Stakeholder mapping and management training with the partner
Create and prepare branding/networking events to improve the visibility of the partner
Week 4
Organize branding events to promote the partner
A medida que se avanza en el proceso de vinculación, el voluntario dará seguimiento a las propuestas enviadas, ajustándolas según las respuestas recibidas.
Participará activamente en las redes sociales institucionales, fomentando la interacción con la comunidad digital. Investigará nuevas oportunidades de colaboración y apoyará en la promoción visual de alianzas concretadas, analizando métricas clave para mejorar las estrategias de comunicación.
Debrief the events together with the partner and create a follow up plan in order to boost social media and create the alliances and gather the investors/donators
Host an Open Doors Night for the community to better understand the partner's cause
Host different networking events to seek for alliances and possible investors/donators on the NGO social impact project/campaign
Run online campaigns to boost visitors on the partner's main platform
Week 5
Con los aliados ya confirmados, el voluntario colaborará en la co-creación de proyectos educativos y comunitarios. Además, se involucrará en la gestión estratégica de redes sociales, desarrollando contenidos como entrevistas, historias de impacto o campañas informativas.
Develop a strategy for ongoing engagement with beneficiaries and stakeholders after the project's official end.
Reach out to the possible new partners and investors and schedule meetings in which to discuss the possibility of a collaboration
Conduct a strategy session with the NGO and partners to refine their social impact strategies based on the insights gathered throughout the project.
Run on-demand workshops/activities to tackle the partner's projects deficiencies
Conduct a training workshop focused on specific skills or knowledge areas for the NGO staff and volunteers, such as fundraising techniques, social media management, or impact measurement.
Utilizará herramientas digitales que optimicen el trabajo colaborativo, el seguimiento de resultados y la coherencia de la narrativa institucional.
Week 6
Apoyará en la evaluación del impacto de las estrategias implementadas en redes sociales y documentará sistemáticamente los resultados.
En la etapa final, el voluntario identificará logros, desafíos y aprendizajes del proceso de alianza y comunicación
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Analyse data to determinate outcome/impact results (level of awareness of beneficiaries post-project activities).
Dejará una base organizada de contenidos y recomendaciones que faciliten la continuidad del trabajo por parte del equipo local. Presentará un informe final con propuestas de sostenibilidad y mejora continua.
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
