El voluntario formará parte activa de los espacios de acompañamiento escolar, brindando apoyo en tareas, actividades y refuerzos en las distintas áreas que se necesite

Dynamic: Introduce beneficiaries to basic vocabulary and phrases in a new language through engaging and interactive games. (eg. Games like Scrabble, Pictionary, or Charades)

Dynamic: Setting up the "Book Club", present the books to be cover during the project and explain the dynamic to the beneficiaries.

Setting up a creative systems to increase the math knowledge of the beneficiaries "Creative Math" (puzzles, games, group activities)

Setting up a buddy system for the beneficiaries to track their development

Organize a quiz show-style activity where teams of beneficiaries answer questions related to math, vocabulary, or general knowledge.

Al cierre del proyecto, el voluntario elaborará un informe dirigido a la organización, documentando su experiencia, las actividades realizadas, el progreso de los estudiantes, los desafíos encontrados y recomendaciones para dar continuidad y sostenibilidad al programa de acompañamiento escolar.

Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.

Closing day with beneficiaries

Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report

Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
