The project aims to strengthen current partnerships interested in promoting and contributing to the implementation of SDGs in local realities and communities by developing and proposing events connecting current partners and communities towards an SDG that meets their needs.

Enhance the global partnership for sustainable development, complemented by multi-stakeholder partnerships that mobilize and share knowledge, expertise, technology and financial resources, to support the achievement of the sustainable development goals in all countries, in particular developing countries

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Preparing the activities that will be done in the following weeks and receiving feedback from the partners and AIESEC
Create an implementation plan on how the project should unfold and determine materials to be used
Onboarding space with partner representatives to understand the current scenario, beneficiaries and discuss about the outcome of the project
Introductory session with the beneficiaries, presentation of the volunteers and project objectives.
Run the initial assessment needed for measuring the outcome/impact of the project
Week 2
Dry run with the speakers
Plan and implement attraction strategies for beneficiaries reach
Defining the venue, agenda, outlines and approach facilitators of the event
Build PR/press releases to increase awareness of the event
Prepare the Materials & Cultural Representations of each Exchange Participants for Global Village
Week 3
Defining the venue, agenda, outlines and approach facilitators of the event
Build PR/press releases to increase awareness of the event
Plan and implement attraction strategies for beneficiaries reach
Dry run with the speakers
Prepare the Materials & Cultural Representations of each Exchange Participants for Global Village
Week 4
Build PR/press releases to increase awareness of the event

Week 5
Last checks for the event delivery
Run an event focused on SDG needed by the beneficiaries
Provide a space for Global Village to connect the cultures on the event and Exchange Participants
Certification of the parties for the event development
Collect data and feedback from the participants of the event based on the partner's needs
Week 6
Collect data from beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
Analyse data to determinate outcome/impact results (level of awareness of beneficiaries post-project activities).
Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Closing day with beneficiaries
Debrief the impact of the project, how the beneficiaries developed, discuss about what went well and even better if and include this in the report
