Project Activities

Week 1
Post job openings, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews
Onboarding meeting with NGO representatives
Review the past projects/campaigns to analyse data, get insights and GCPs
Analyse the scope of the social impact project/campaign and create a strategic plan to boost results
Review of current procedures, identity strength and points for improvement
Manage all aspects of human resources, including hiring, intern management, handling queries, ensuring smooth communication, and supporting organizational operations
Help coordinate logistics for events, training sessions, and other initiatives.
Handle day-to-day HR operations, including addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and maintaining open communication channels.
Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and management of interns and volunteers. Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure intern performance and development.
Support senior management in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
Week 2

Set up / Improve social media/website presence for the social impact project/campaign of the NGO
Create a branding guideline for the project/campaign
Run on-demand workshops to tackle NGO projects deficiencies.
Workshop: Stakeholder mapping and management training with the NGO/non-profit

Collect data for outcome measurement. It's recommended to use NGO official data.
Support senior management in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s goals.
Help coordinate logistics for events, training sessions, and other initiatives.
