Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Project Activities

  • Week 1
    Run an analysis on the different focus and projects of the partner and its priorities
    Onboarding space with partner to get to know the workers routines and lifestyles
    Start building the plan for following weeks based on community needs, focusing on the issue that is more relevant for the community in the moment.
    Learning space about the work field & understand possibilities of outdoor activities in the surroundings for future tasks based on the planning
  • Week 2
    Fieldwork event: Gardening and animal care during current season
    Documenting content developed in the previous weeks and posting in partners social media
    Research and analyze: Sustainable practices and learnings for agriculture work
    Community event: Potluck! Let’s prepare international food with other volunteers & enjoy!
    Collect first impression of the whole community & its purpose.
    Workshop: Present to the partners Good Case Practices on agriculture activities that has been developed on recent studies
    Shadowing phase with partner on current agriculture practices
  • Week 3
    Workshop: Present to the partners Good Case Practices on agriculture activities that has been developed on recent studies
    Fieldwork event: Gardening and animal care during current season
    Documenting content developed in the previous weeks and posting in partners social media
    Shadowing phase with partner on current agriculture practices
    Find YOUR area in the community: are you more of a gardener, Café-helper, canteen-chef?
    Community event: Go on tour with Sara, our biologist, look for butterflies and other insects & learn about their life
    Research and analyze: Sustainable practices and learnings for agriculture work
  • Week 4
    Community event: watch a documentary with fellow volunteers & join the discussion afterwards.
    Research and analyze: Current sustainable practices and responsible consumption actions the partner has
    Outdoor activities e.g Treasure hunting with children in contact with the nature, Artistic expression with teens using recycling materials, Running or other human-powered activities for young adults and adults
    Round Table: Responsible Consumption in our day-by-day life e.g water and energy control, food waste, obsolete devices usage, fashion industry and sustainability...
    Workshop: Present ideas/examples of recycling activities to implement in the beneficiaries' daily routines
    Documenting sustainable lifestyle practices introduced and implemented in the partners' site
    Get comfortable in your area & see your group-progress in the specific space.
    Present together with a group an interesting aspect of your home country to the community – maybe even with typical food or music
  • Week 5
    Outdoor activities e.g Treasure hunting with children in contact with the nature, Artistic expression with teens using recycling materials, Running or other human-powered activities for young adults and adults
    Community event: Open Stage time! We’ll all come together and present our talent in music, theatre, poetry, dancing or anything else you’d like to share. A space to try out being on stage.
    Research and analyze: Current sustainable practices and responsible consumption actions the partner has
    Maybe in this week you’re already able to teach new volunteers some skills in your area? Leadership skills let’s go!
    Documenting sustainable lifestyle practices introduced and implemented in the partners' site
    Workshop: Present ideas/examples of recycling activities to implement in the beneficiaries' daily routines
    Round Table: Responsible Consumption in our day-by-day life e.g water and energy control, food waste, obsolete devices usage, fashion industry and sustainability...
  • Week 6
    Analyse data to determinate outcome results (ways of sustainable building, living, agriculture)
    Present the results of the projects and add final recommendations on sustainable living
    Look back on your six weeks of community experience: what can you take with you to your studies / future work? How did you grow as a person?
    Community event: Game night with our favourite board games or the best interactive games. Join and play!
    Collect data from what you have learned
    Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and community
