The project aims to contribute to SDG #17 by building up the capacity of local NGO, non-profit organizations and/or foundations to contribute to social impact in their communities by collaborating with local social projects and engaging with grass-groot initiatives.

Role

Project Activities

Week 1
Review of current procedures, identity strength and points for improvement
Analysis of how the experience in social enterprises (such as with Causa and Peru Biodiverso) has influenced the lives of the beneficiaries (part of the program: EmpleoConCausa)
Analyze the problem of the employability of young victims of gender violence and job search in the country.
Create and prepare material for the sessions, dynamics and workshops of the following weeks in sales and customer service.
Onboarding meeting with NGO representatives
Review the past projects/campaigns to analyse data, get insights and GCPs
Analyse the scope of the social impact project/campaign and create a strategic plan to boost results
Week 2
Assistance to beneficiaries in customer service and sales at fairs Agroecological and organic stores.
Identification and Participation in agroecological fairs and corporate fairs.
Preparation of salon customer service protocol.
Training for beneficiaries of the houses of Smiles who hold the position of waitresses in the Social restaurant in customer service and sales.
Evaluation of the beneficiaries of soft and hard skills
Mentoring program
Search for volunteers and professional trainers in customer service and sales.
Gather feedback from existing partners to improve collaboration
Market research within the local community; enhancing partnerships between stakeholders
Interview potential partners about their needs and ability to collaborate
Build a Customer Flow for their partners
Map out current stakeholders
Week 3
Set up / Improve social media/website presence for the social impact project/campaign of the NGO
Create a branding guideline for the project/campaign
Run on-demand workshops to tackle NGO projects deficiencies.
Workshop: Stakeholder mapping and management training with the NGO/non-profit
Workshop: Case solving
Contacts with companies and registration to corporate fair
Identification and Participation in agroecological fairs.
Assistance to beneficiaries in customer service and sales at fairs Agroecological and organic stores.
Carry out an effective campaign with Instagram Reels about the Testimonials from the beneficiaries who had the work experience in Eat with Cause (or Peru Biodiverso).
Writing articles on job placement for the Tejiendo website smiles
Press release and dissemination in the media.
Training for beneficiaries of Casas de la Sonrisas in attention to the customer and sales.
Application of salon customer service protocol
Week 4
Identification of foundations and investors interested in the “employment with a cause” and in social enterprises.
Organize branding events to promote NGO social impact project/campaign
Run on-demand workshops to tackle NGO projects deficiencies.
Host different networking events to seek for alliances and possible investors on the NGO social impact project/campaign
Assistance to beneficiaries in customer service and sales at fairs Agroecological and organic stores.
Application of salon customer service protocol.
Training for beneficiaries of Casas de la Sonrisas in attention to the customer and sales.
Presentation of proposals framed in the program "EmpleoConCausa" to some calls, funds or prizes.
Dissemination of the restaurant's catering and event service

Week 5

Organization of the second networking event in Come con Causa with private companies for job placement young victims of gender violence and/or situation of vulnerability.
Dissemination of the restaurant's catering and events service.

Identification and Participation in agroecological fairs and corporate fairs.

Organization of the third networking event in Come con Causa with private companies for job placement young victims of gender violence and/or situation of vulnerability.
Dissemination of the restaurant's catering and events service.
Presentation of proposals framed in the program "EmpleoConCausa" to some calls, funds or prizes.
Training for beneficiaries of Casas de la Sonrisas in attention to the customer and sales.

Prepare the final project report and present it to the members of the AIESEC and NGO/non-profit representatives.
Collect data for outcome measurement. It is recommended to use official NGO data.
