Working hours

Monday to Friday, - 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Project Activities

  • Week 1
    Training on how to manage and engage with project beneficiaries
    Onboarding space with partner representative to understand current scenario and beneficiaries needs
    Create and prepare material for the sessions, dynamics and workshops of the following weeks.
    Determine measure of outcome system and material to be use
  • Week 2
    Introductory session about the project and presentation of the volunteer to the beneficiaries
    Conduct initial assessment with beneficiaries to measure the level of understanding about the SDGs.
    Dynamic: What are the SDG?
    Game: Play "Go, Goals" (UN SDG Board Game)
  • Week 3
    Dynamic: Let's build the SDG map of the city/community. What SDG are most relevant for their reality?
    Storytelling: Invite a local SDG advocates to share their story with the kids
    Dynamic: How can kids help to achive the SDG?
  • Week 4
    Prepare the agenda for the event, send invitation with the kids.
    Challenge: Run the SDG Day at school to encourage the parents and neighborhood to participate in
    Prepare fun SDG related activities and challenges with the kids
    Create material to decorate the classroom/school
  • Week 5
    Encourage kids to be creative and consolidate their "Guide to Save the world" in drawings, tales or any form of art.
    Consolidate the Guide and present it to school authorities.
    Group challenge: Create your own “Children Guide to Save the World”. How to achieve peace in our School/community?
    Divide kids into group base on the SDG and with the help of the volunteer each group should present ideas. Volunteer can ask question like: How can we make the world a happier place for all? How can kids protect the animals and plants?
  • Week 6
    Collect data from project beneficiaries (you can use surveys, interviews, focus groups, etc.)
    Analyse data to determinate outcome results.
    Closing day with the kids.
    Build final project report and presented to AIESEC members and partner representatives.
